The Popular Life Insurance 14th Inter-District Volleyball Competition starts on October 30 at the Dhaka Volleyball Stadium.
Senior Secretary of Ministry of Home Dr Md Mozammel Haque Khan will formally open the volleyball meet as the chief guest while Managing Director of Popular Life Insurance Company Limited BM Yousuf Ali will be with him as the special guest.
Chairperson of Women’s Volleyball Committee and Additional Police Super of Bangladesh Police, Police Head Quarters, Dhaka Syeda Jannat Ara will preside over the inaugural ceremony.
A total of 14 district teams will take part in the volleyball competition. They are: Rajshahi, Sylhet, Kushtia, Tangail, Manikganj, Chuadanga, Kishoreganj, Satkhira, Khulna, Narail, Magura, Chittagong, Pabna and Rangpur.
