The Popular Life Insurance 15th Inter-District Volleyball Competition begins on October 10 at the Dhaka Volleyball Stadium.
Bangladesh Volleyball Federation will arrange the volleyball meet under auspices of Popular Life Insurance Limited.
Inspector General of Bangladesh Police AKM Shahidul Haque, BPM, PPM will inaugurate the volleyball competition on October 10 at 4.00 pm as the chief guest while Managing Director of Popular Life Insurance Limited BM Yousuf Ali will be with him as the special guest.
A total of 12 district teams will take part in the volleyball competition. They are: Gazipur, Rajshahi, Kushtia, Kishoreganj, Satkhira, Khulna, Jhenaidah, Narail, Chittagong, Pabna, Nilphamari and Bagerhat.
The volleyball competition will come to an end on October 14.
State Minister for Home Affairs Asaduzzaman Khan will distribute the prizes among the winners as the chief guest while Managing Director of Popular Life Insurance Limited BM Yousuf Ali will be with him as the special guest.
Chairman of the Women’s Volleyball Committee of Bangladesh Volleyball Federation and Special Police Super of CID Syeda Zannat Ara will presided over the occasion.
