Intekhab Dinar is a popular actor in theatre and television dramas, and films. He started his acting career through theatre play. In 1997, Dinar first acted opposite Bipasha Hayat in a television drama titled Gor under Salauddin Lavlu’s direction. Story of the drama was written by Gazi Rakayet. Basically during that time,
Dinar felt comfortable to act in theatre plays. But with huge interest of Gazi Rakayet, Dinar acted in that drama.
Later, Intekhab Dinar came into discussion to act in then popular drama serial Bondhon, which was directed by 13
directors. From that time to till date he has been acting. In his long 24 years of acting career, Dinar has established
himself as a popular actor among the viewers. Under the banner of Nagorik Natya Sampradaya, he acted in good
numbers of plays like Nuruldiner Sarajibon, Acholayoton, Galileo, Mrittyu Sangbad, Dewan Gazir Kissa, etc.
Intekhab Dinar acted in many popular dramas. Late Badol Rahman directed Chhana O Muktijuddho was Dinar acted his debut movie. Then he was also seen in movies Joyjatra, Iti Tomar-e Dhaka, Brihonnola, Firey Esho Behula, and Shapludu. His outstanding acting in movies also impressed the viewers.
Dinar acted and Mostafa Sarwar Farooki directed movie Shonibarer Chithi is waiting to get release date, he said.
Dinar informed that he has started shooting of Raihan Khan scripted and directed web series Dour recently. In OTT Platform, he first acted in Shawki-Auneem directed popular web series, Taqdeer. Recently his acting in Raihan Rafi directed web film titled Khanchar Bhitor Achin Pakhi got appreciation from the viewers. But his achieved most appreciation to act in Robiul Alam Robi directed five-episode web series, Unoloukik. He got most appreciation from the viewers rather than other actors of this web series. For this reason, his works either in web series or films have been increased now.
Meanwhile, Intekhab Dinar gave voice over in many TVCs till now. He has also demand in this field. While talking about his 24 years of acting career Intekhab Dinar said, “On the stage, I was impressed and also inspired to see acting of noted actors like Aly Zaker, Asaduzzaman Noor, Abul Hayat, Ferdousi Majumder, Suborna Mustafa. I like their acting so much. I also like acting of Mosharraf Karim, Chanchal Chowdhury, Bipasha Hayat, Shomi Kaiser, Afsana Mimi, Bijori Barkatullah and Aupee Karim. While acting I always try to keep reflection of respected Humayun Faridi Bhai and Asaduzzaman Noor Bhai’s acting. During acting, I always try to follow their acting, personalities and styles. I am really satisfied what Allah has given me. In fact, I never thought how much I could achieve in my life.”
