UNESCO for allocating 15pc of public expenditure to edn sector

City Desk :United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has suggested the governments across the world to allocate at least 4 percent of GDP or 15 percent of total public expenditure to the education sector.
