Inqilab, Dhaka Tribune, RTV, GTV, SA TV reached the quarter-finals of the Walton-BSJC Media Cricket Tournament on Wednesday.
Earlier, Channel i, ATN News, Bangla Tribune confirmed their quarter-finals berth.
In the day’s matches at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium, Inqilab defeated Naya Diganta by six wickets, Dhaka Tribune thrashed the Independent by six wickets, RTV defeated BTV by five wickets, GTV beat Boishakhi TV by 27 runs, SA TV crushed Jamuna TV by five wickets. Besides, News24 TV got walkover against The Daily Star.
BCB Director cum Chairman of the Media Committee Jalal Younus, BCB Director Kazi Enam Ahmed, Executive Director of Walton SM Zahid Hasan, Operative Director Udoy Hakim distributed the day’s match of the match awards.
