Pacer Taskin Ahmed was injured during the 1st unofficial ODI against India A at Bangalore on Wednesday. He suffered a side-strain while bowling in the match, BCB media manager Rabeed Imam told BSS over phone. The board yet to confirm Taskin’s replacement in India tour, Rabeed added. Taskin Ahmed could only bowl five overs in the match. He also managed to collect one wicket but was punished for 46 runs before he left the field. Taskin will be flown home today (Thursday).
