Rajit Biswas (55), a tailor master of Haji Riajuddin Market of Bagerhat district town who was seriously injured a road accident near Bagerhat Pourashava o Friday succumbed to his injuries in Dhaka Neurology Hospital on Tuesday, according to a report received here. On Friday while he was crossing the Pourashava Road a battery run speeding rickshaw ran over him. As a result, he sustained head injuries and one of his collar bones was broken. He was at first admitted to Bagerhat Sadar Hospital for his treatment. But he was later shifted to Dhaka Neurology Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries while he was undergoing treatment.
As a result, his family was thrown into an utter distress as he was the only earning member of the family.
