UNB, Sirajganj :
A college student, who received injuries in a road accident at Shrikola in Ullahpara upazila on Friday, died at the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (NITOR) on Saturday night.
Quoting family members, officer-in-charge of Ullahpara Police Station Dewan Koushik Ahmed said two people were killed and three others,including Nitai Kumar Bhoumik, 23, son of Amulla Kumar Bhoumik of Purba Delua village in Ullapara upazila, were injured as a truck hit a rickshaw van on Friday morning.
Nitai was taken to Dhaka and admitted to NITOR where he succumbed to his injuries at night.
