UNB, Laxmipur :
An auto-rickshaw driver, who was attacked by muggers on Thursday night, succumbed to his injuries on Friday.
The deceased was identified as Taher, son of Late Abdul Hamid of Char Matua area in Sadar upazila.
Police said three passengers hired Taher’s auto-rickshaw from Tewariganj Bazar. Later, they attacked him with sharp weapons and snatched the vehicle at Nolidogi.
Taher was admitted to Laxmipur Sadar Hospital
