A Chittagong Court on Monday issued an injunction to Shahabuddin Alam, Managing Director of SA Group, on leaving the country for a case filed by the National Bank Limited.
Chittagong Metropolitan Magistrate Abu Salem Muhammad Noman handed down the order. Nizam Ahmed, former VP and Manager of National Bank, Agrabad Corprate Branch, filed a case on March 15 in 2016, against Shahabuddin Alam and Didarul Alam Senior Deputy MD of SA OIL Refinery Limited for misappropriation of Tk 225 crore.
