The Ministry of Information on Thursday signed ‘Annual Performance Agreement’ (APA) for fiscal year 2017-18 with its 13 subordinate bodies aimed at inspiring the organizations to perform ‘result oriented’ activities every year.
Information Secretary Martuza Ahmed and heads of the five autonomous bodies including Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS), Press Institute of Bangladesh (PIB), Bangladesh Press Council, Bangladesh Film Development Corporation (BFDC), and Bangladesh Film and Television Institute and eight other subordinate organizations including Bangladesh Television, Bangladesh Betar, National Institute of Mass Communication (NIMCO), Bangladesh Film Archive, and Bangladesh Film Censor Boar, Department of Mass Communication and Department of Films and Publications signed the agreements on behalf of their respective sides at the conference room of the ministry, said an official release.
