Defying the higher court’s order of status quo , an influential quarters of Nangalmora village under Hathazari upazila closed the doors with lock and key of the Baitunnur Hefezkhana and Yatimkhana run after the anagement of Hedayet Ali Mosque alias Baitunnur Jame Mosque Waqf Estate deprieving the orphan students for surviving and Quoran teaching, as alleged by the management committee of the Mosque Waqf Estate .In connection, President and General secretary of the Hefezkhana submitted allegations in respect to the Hathazari Upazila NO on April 28 last accusing 5-6 unidentified persons . It is learnt from the allegation that this Hefz and Yatimkhana was established in 2009 for the orphans of Nangalmora vlllage with the financial help of the locals. Sources said, on April 26, the accused put lock and key in this religious institution as a result the poor orphans are being deprieved of survival and Quoran teaching.
