The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 on Wednesday set October 26 to pass order, whether to frame charges against 8 alleged Razakars from Jamalpur, or not.
The ICT-1 set the date as defence counsels AY Masihuzzaman, Abdus Subhan Tarafder and Gazi MH Tamim concluded placing arguments in support of their clients.
The eight accused are – Mohammad Ashraf Hossain, Sharif Hossain, Abdul Mannan, Abdul Bari, Md Harun, Abul Hashem, Shamsul Haque and SM Eusuf Ali.
Prosecutors Barrister Tureen Afroz and Barrister Tapos Kanti Baul submitted their part of hearings on September 30, pleading to frame five charges that they brought against the accused.
