Indian High Commissioner in Dhaka, Pankaj Saran on Monday said the Indian government wants to ease visa processing system for Bangladeshis.
The high commissioner was speaking at a views exchange meeting among Benapole customs officials, leaders of customs clearing and forwarding agents association and concerned people at the office of Benapole C&F Agents Association at afternoon.
The high commissioner in his speech told that India always wants good relationship with Bangladesh. ‘ It also wants to expand business between the two countries’, Pankaj added.
The meeting was addressed among others by Bijoy Selvarej, first secretary, Indian high commission, Dhaka, Mahbubuzzman, Benapole customs commissioner, Nitai Chandra Sen, Director, Benapole Port authority, Mafizur Rahman Sazan, President, Benapole C&F Agents Association, Emdadul Haque Lata, General Secretary, Khairuzzaman Madhu and Mohshin Milon.
