Indian under-23 football team due to arrive on Monday night to participate in the AFC Under-23 Championship qualification round schedule to be held on March 27-31 at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the city. Bangladesh Football Federation media manager Ahsan Ahmed Amit confirmed BSS over phone that the Indian side would land in the airport at 9 pm. Tournament’s another participating team Syria will arrive on Wednesday (March 25). Earlier, a 32-member of Uzbekistan, as a first participating team, arrived in the capital on Friday afternoon.
Apart from host Bangladesh, India, Syria and Uzbekistan will compete in the group E.
