Renowned Indian scientist and Director of IFGL Bioceramics Ltd, Dr G Banerjee called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique on Wednesday at the latter’s office of the university.
Chairman of DU Chemistry Department Prof Dr Md. Entazul Huque and teachers of the same department Prof Dr Abu Bin Hasan Susan, Dr Md. Mominul Islam, Dr Muhammed Shah Miran and Dr Saika Ahmed were present on the occasion.
During the meeting they discussed various issues including development and expansion of education and research on chemistry in the world especially in Dhaka University.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Siddique thanked the guest for his visit to DU and interest of strengthening mutual academic and research relationship with DU Chemistry Department.
