Border Guard Bangladesh men on Tuesday morning seized Indian goods worth over Tk 2 cr raiding at Sikori Bot-tala of Benapole frontier, said Lt Col Jahangir Hossain, commanding officer, 26 Border Guard Battalion.
The BGB official told New Nation that being informed secretly the BGB men raided at Sikori Bot-tala of Benapole frontier but sensing the BGB men the criminals went off living huge amount of Indian sarees. BGB men seized 2 thousand and 4 hundred peaces of Indian high quality sarees worth over Tk 2 cr. Seized goods are handed over to Benapol custom House.
