The judicial magistrate court set a new date, November 9, for delivering the verdict in the case filed against Salahuddin under
the Foreigners Act three years back, BNP chairperson’s media wing member Sayrul Kabir Khan told UNB.
The court deferred its judgment for the third time with a fresh one, he added.
On completion of hearing in the case, the court first set August 13 for delivering the verdict. As the public prosecutor was on leave on August 13, the court deferred it to October 15.
Sayrul said, the court rescheduled the verdict date on Monday as the public prosecutor had sought adjournment of the court proceedings.
