The day-long Independence Day Invitational Basketball competition, on occasion of independence day will be held today (Friday) at the Dhanmondi Women’s Sports Complex in the city.
A total of 52 participants from six teams will take participate in the meet, organised by Bangladesh Women’s Sports Association.
National Sports Council director (sports) Dil Mohammad will formally inaugurate the meet as chief guest at 10am, said a press release.
