A badminton tournament was held at the Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium on Monday to mark the Independence and National Day. Organised by Bangladesh Badminton Federation (BBF), national male and female players took part in the event. Dr. Abdul Malek, information commissioner of Bangladesh Government (Senior Secretary) and the president of BBF, distributed the prizes among the participants as the chief guest. Shah Alam Sardar, general secretary of BBF ad-hoc committee, and other members were present, among others, during the time.
