The Independence Cup Handball (Men’s & Women’s) Competition starts today at the Shaheed (Capt) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium.
Bangladesh Handball Federation will organise the handball meet.
A total of four teams will participate in the Men’s Division. They are: Bangladesh Police, Border Guard Bangladesh, Bangladesh Ansar and Quantum Foundation.
A number of three teams will take part in the Women’s Division. They are: Bangladesh Police, Bangladesh Ansar and Viqarunnisa Noon School & College.
President of Bangladesh Handball Federation AKM Nurul Fazal Bulbul will formally open the three-day long handball competition as the chief guest.
