At present inclusive education is the most talked issue in the field of education. It means to bring all the students in a greater umbrella. The Human Rights Sanctuary of 1949 has been declared- ‘Acquisition of education is the right of all people’. This means that all children, adolescents and young people of the world have the right to education only with their expectations, personal vigor or weakness, whatever they may have.
Acquired education according to Salamangka’s statement and structure is a strategic process that recognises the different needs of all students with different characteristics; try to meet the diverse needs of the student. Helps protect the fundamental rights of the student’s education. Through this process, all students, regardless of natural, problematic, distressed, minor ethnic groups, will be studying to achieve quality education in a suitable cooperative environment in general schools, colleges or universities.
There are special differences between students who come to study in an organisation or class. For example, a student understands, someone understands less, someone is rich, some poor, boy student, girl student, shy of someone in the third gender, no intro, no one is a believer, no extrovert, some student pioneer, a student lag, a student physically disabled (students with special needs), a student is unable to do so many things, such as someone seeing less eye, a little less understanding, Somebody speaks with stammering, someone looks short or tall, some thin, some fat, and also has a small ethnic group whose main language is not Bengali, One meaning of inclusive education is to introduce a school and education system that will be open to all eligible students, ensure participation and learning of all students’ school activities.
Inclusive means that all the students who are studying outside the school, except in the schools, are brought to school. The school is a place where students from all walks of life / friends / teachers / friends and other affiliates are educated. Therefore, all students should also be brought under the education of those who are not suitable for study in schools, because they are excluded from school for many reasons, do not speak their own language in the general category (i.e. small ethnic groups), whose chances of getting sick due to illness, hunger and inadequacy. There are those who cannot come to school to work at home or field, who are involved in income-related work for the family, who are the people autistic (with special needs).
Many children, including the disabled, generally his guardian, the people of the society, and even the teachers of general schools, discourage learning of the disabled child in various schools (for example, prejudice, poor students with disabilities or disabled). Inclusive friendly environment means that the teaching and learning process involves identifying material or arrangements which interfere with the student participation and learning, and take measures to reduce or eliminate it.
The aim of education is to educate both the teacher and the student with the ‘variety’ (variety means all types of students). Unlike the student’s ‘Variety’, it can be taken as a challenge without considering the problem. Basically, educational institutions are integrated for teaching learning environment, which provide support to the student’s, support to all possible possibilities, to be creative and to create the necessary knowledge / material for society.
The present government has adopted a number of effective successful measures to implement of inclusive education. In the sincere efforts of the government, all types of students are being involved in the mainstream of education. It is expected that a good environment will be created in educational institutions for the proper implementation of inclusive education by analyzing the psychological aspects of all types of students.
