In order to make skilled construction workers, RAK Ceramics BD Limited and Housing and Building Research Institute (HBRI) has jointly inaugurated a year-long training workshop on “Tiles Fitting and Eco-Friendly Concrete Block Masonry ” under the ministry of housing and public works. This year, a total of 24 workshops will be held. 40 construction workers will be trained in each workshop, said a press release. Director General of HBRI Md. Ashraful Alam was present along with Shadhon Kumar Dey, COO and CFO, RAK Ceramics BD Limited, S M Arafatur Rahman Head of Marketing, RAK Ceramics BD Limited and Nafizur Rahman, Principal Research Officer of HBRI, were present.
