Entertainment Report :Popular singer of present time Imran was regular in play-back and album songs and also stage performances. But he did not work for any TV play. For the first time, Imran gave his vocal for the title song of a daily soap titled Life In A Metro, which is being directed by BU Shuvo. Its story was written by Rudra Mahfuz. The daily soap is being aired on ATN Bangla now. Recording of the song was done at a studio in the city’s Mogbazar area on Tuesday. Title of the song is: Bhugol thekey Google map-ey close camerai chepey Dhakai dilam unki, Jam-er shohor garir bohor, Premik jugol katai prohor boshey mukhomukhi, Cut cut bhalobashai bhanga gora swapno ashai keu sukhi keu dukhi, Jaidin protidin ei shada ei kalo eito rongin – Life In A Metro. Lyrics of the song were written by the three times National Film Award winner lyricist Kabir Bakul, while Kishore Das has composed its music.While talking about the song Imran told this correspondent, “Earlier I had tried to render song for TV play. But I could not match to work. But BU Shuvo’s song, lyrics and composition attracted me a lot. For this reason, I have worked in the title song of the daily soap. I hope listeners will response it positively.”Director BU Shuvo informed that last Tuesday the 38th episode of the daily soap was telecasted. Imran rendered the song will go on air from April 1. Recently Imran and Tahsan’s a duet album titled Mon Karigor has been released under the banner of CD Choice. Lyrics of all the six songs of the album were written by Robiul Islam Jibon and Imran himself has composed its tunes and music.
