A press conference was arranged by expatriate Kamal Uddin and his family members at Chittagong Press Club on Wednesday .
Wife of the expatriate Noor Begum read out the written statement before the journos. The press meet was told that expatriate Kamal and his family members-wife and only son Kamuruzzaman Sohel reside at Dubai since long.
Dwelling house of the expatriate is located at Kidirpur of Gondandi char under Boalkhali upazila Chittagong. During the absence of of the expatriate and his family members, two neighbours and their wives named Md.Selim, Rezaul Karim and their wives Nazma Akhter and Deiji Akhter respectively occupied the house of the expatriate.
Kamal and his family members arrived Chiitagong from Dubai on July 19 last and come to village home but the occupiers did not allowed them to enter into their house, the press meet was told.
Following the illegal occupation of the house, local commissioner Mujibur Rahman resolve the matter amicably but the occupied house did not handed over to them as yet. Finding no alternative, Kamal and his wife filed a case before the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Chittagong on Wednesday last.
