Managing Director (MD) of the International Leasing and Financial Services Limited (ILFSL) MA Khaleque Khan resigned from his post on health grounds on Wednesday night.
“We’ve been informed that our MD submitted his resignation letter to the Board of Directors on Wednesday,” a senior official of ILFSL told on Thursday.
On the other hand, Syed Abed Hasan, chief financial officer of the ILFSL, has been assigned to perform as acting MD of the non-banking financial institution (NBFI) until further notice, another senior official confirmed.
