Chittagong Bureau :
Police recovered the body of one student of International Islami University of Chittagong from Karnaphuli river on night of Tuesday .
He was missing one day ago.
The body identified as Ridwanul Islam (25). Police recovered the body from Anu Majirghat area of the river.
Ridwan hails from Mirpur , Dhaka , son of late Abdul Majid and was residing at No. 1 hostel of the university in Chandgaon in city.
Ridwan is the student of 8th semester of BBA.
Sadarghat thana police sources said on Pahela Boishak , Ridwan went river journey by hiring a boat in the Karnaphuli River and uncarefully fell down into the river and missing for one day.
On next day, police recovered him from floating condition in the river.
The body was sent to morgue for autopsy.
