Pro-vice chancellor of Internatiional Islamic University Chittagong Prof Dr Delwar Hossain told that degree and certificates not only instruments for career building rather needs of moral forces . He said debate, views exchanging, opinion sharing help to facilitate the building of career .
He disclosed it while addressing the inaugural session of the English debate as jointly arranged by English Language & Literary Society (ELLS) of IIUC and Dristi Society at its main campus in Kumira, Chittagong as Chief Guest.
ELLS President and Associate Professor of ELL Department Prof. Md. Riaz Mahmud presided over it .
It was attended by Dean of Arts & Humanities Deptt Prof Md. Humayun Kabir and the chairman of English Language Deptt Prof Md. Iftekharuddin as special guests.
Student of ELL Deptt Md Sayem Mahmud conducted the workshop as moderator.
Joint Secretary of Dristi and President of IIUC Business Club Junaid Khowshik Chowdhury, Organising Secretary Kazi Arafat and Assistant Secretary Ridwan Alam Adnan imparted training in the workshop.
The chief guest and the special guests also spoke on the occasion.
