The investigation agency of the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT-BD) has finalized probe report against three alleged Razakars from Baralekha upazilla of Moulvibazar.
The accused are Abdul Aziz alias Habul, 64, Md Abdul Matin, 63, and Abdul Mannan alias Monai, 64. Of these Habul and Monai are in jail now.
“We launched the probe against this trio on October 16, 2014, and finished on Monday. We have recorded statements of 40 people and prepared a 250-page report against the accused,” said chief coordinator of the agency Mohammad Abdul Hannan Khan.
The probe agency chief said they have pressed five charges including genocide, murder and rape against the three.
