The 140th meeting of the Board of Directors of Islami Commercial Insurance Co Ltd (ICICL) was held recently at the company’s Head Office, City Center at Motijheel in the capital. The Chairperson of the Board of Directors Shahida Anowar presided over the meeting. The Board deliberated on different policies and operational issues regarding business of the company and provided necessary guidance to the management to accelerate its overall growth and development. Director MG Faruk, Ashik Hossain, Nusrat Jahan Tania, Independent Director Md Habibur Rahman, Chief Adviser Al-haj Md Anowar Hossain, Consultant Md Anisur Rahman, Chief Executive Officer Mir Nazim Uddin Ahmed, Chief Financial Officer Moinul Ahsan Chowdhury and Company Secretary Md Aktaruzzaman were present in the meeting.
