International Cricket Council (ICC) President AHM Mustafa Kamal will hold a press conference on Wednesday morning upon his return from Australia.
Mustafa Kamal, also the Planning Minister, will hold the press conference at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 11:00 am, said a Planning Ministry official.
Earlier on Sunday, the International Cricket Council (ICC), in an anti-climax, allowed its chairman Narayanswami Srinivasan to hand over the World Cup trophy to Aussie
skipper Michael Clarke, a task was supposed to be done by its sitting president AHM Mustafa Kamal.
As per the ICC constitution it is the president who is supposed to give away the trophy to the winning captain.
Kamal, the first president after the ICC’s restructuring, has three months of his one-year term left.
