International Cricket Council (ICC) confirmed on Wednesday that Bangladesh Cricket team will get chance to take part in the Champions Trophy. The Champions Trophy will be held in England in 2017 from June 1 to June 19.
A total of eight teams splitting into two groups will take part in the second edition of ICC Champions Trophy. The teams, which will play in the upcoming prestigious tournament, are: Australia (127), India (115), South Africa (110), New Zealand (109), Sri Lanka (103), England (100), Bangladesh (96) and Pakistan (90).Bangladesh have taken seventh spot with 96 rating points.
West Indies and Zimbabwe failed to get chance in the prestigious cricket competition.
