Kamrul Abedin FCA has been elected president of the council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Bangladesh (ICAB) for 2016, said an ICAB press release.
Adib Hossain Khan FCA, Md. Saifur Rahman Majumder FCA and Mahmudul Hasan Khasru FCA have been elected as vice-presidents.
The election took place shortly before the institute’s annual general meeting at the ICAB, chaired by outgoing president Masih Malik Chowdhury FCA on Saturday.
