IBCML Chairman Prof Dr Md Kamal Uddin presided over the AGM while Md Joynal Abedin, Md Zakir Hossain, Directors of the IBCML, Muhammad Qaisar Ali, Md Omar Faruk Khan, Additional Managing Directors of IBBL and Md Ashraful Haque, CFO of IBBL and Director of IBCML, were present.
Among the shareholders Md Saleh Iqbal, Md Mosharraf Hossain, Deputy Managing Directors of IBBL, Md. Altaf Hossain, Senior Executive Vice President of IBBL, Mohammad Abdur Rahim, FCA, Managing Director and CEO of IBCML, Abu Syed Md. Nahid, Company Secretary of IBCML, among others, were present.
The meeting unanimously approved the Financial Statements of IBCML for the year ended 31 December 2019.
