Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding utility bill payment with CloudWell Limited at the banks head office in the city on Thursday. In presence of Md. Omar Faruk Khan, Additional Managing Director, Md. Mosharraf Hossain, Deputy Managing Director of the bank and Mohammad Kudratullah, Chief Marketing Officer of CloudWell Limited signed the agreement on behalf of respective organizations, said a press release.
Under the deal, CloudWell will facilitate the IBBL clients for enjoying the mobile airtime recharge, utility bill payment and other services of BREB, DESCO, DPDC, West Zone, Karnafully Gas and Dhaka WASA through Agent Banking Outlet of IBBL as well as mobile and web application. Anisul Islam, Managing Director & CEO of CloudWell Limited, Taher Ahmed Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director, Mohammad Jamal Uddin Mazumder, Abul Faiz Muhammad Kamaluddin & Md. Mahboob Alam, Senior Executive Vice Presidents of the bank along with officials of both organizations were present on the occasion.
