A meeting of the Shari`ah Supervisory Committee of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited was held on Sunday at Islami Bank Tower. Mufti Sayeed Ahmad, Vice-Chairman of the Committee and Mufti & Muhaddis of Al Jamiatus Siddikiah Darul Ulum (Madrasah-e-Furfura Sharif) presided over the meeting.
Earliar, in presence of Engr Mustafa Anwar, Chairman and M Azizul Huq, Vice Chairman of the Bank the committee was reformed with Dr. Mohammad Abdus Samad, Associate Professor, International Islamic University Chittagong as Member Secretary.
The meeting took various decisions on compliance of Shari`ah and expressed satisfaction in overall activities of the Bank.
