Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited Rangpur Zone arranged a scholarship distribution programme for the underprivileged students at a local auditorium on Thursday. Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Managing Director & CEO of the bank, distributed scholarship among some 320 underprivileged meritorious students.
Presided over by Md Shahidullah, Executive Vice-president and Head of Rangpur Zone, Prof Md Nurun Nabi Chowdhury, former principal of Carmichael College, Rangpur; Prof Dr Md Akkas Ali Sarkar, Executive Director of Sonic Prime Group; Dr Md Nur Islam, Principal of Prime Medical College & Hospital; Rangpur were, among others, present at the programme.
