An Inter-Madrasah competition on ‘Arabic language and Islamic knowledge’ organized by Islamic Arabic University (IAU) will begin across the country on July 12 with a view to encouraging the Madrasah students to practice knowledge.
The inaugural ceremony of the competition titled “IAU National Competition 2017” will be held at the Krishibid Institution Bangladesh (KIB) complex in the city at 10 am with the participants of Dhaka, Munshiganj and Manikganj districts, said a press release on Saturday.
Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid is expected to address the inaugural function as the chief guest.
