Celebrated film actress Shahnoor acted outstandingly well in Kohinoor Akhter Suchanda directed movie Hajar Bochhor Dhore, which story is based on Zahir Raihan written famous novel with the same title. This movie was released
in 2005. Story of the movie revolves with the character Montu. At the end of the novel, Ambia was seen as the wife of Montu. Anisur Rahman Milon played the role of Karim, Ambia’s brother in the movie. Shahnoor has expressed her keen interest to work in movie like Hajar Bochhor Dhore and
the role like Ambia more.
While talking in this regard Shahnoor said, “It was really a great luck for me to get the opportunity to act in the character like Ambia in movie Hajar Bochhor Dhore, which story is based on a novel written by respected Zahir Raihan. It was also a great luck for me to get the scope to act in respected Suchanda Madam directed her only movie. Nobody gets such achievement in one life. But I was lucky for getting these opportunities. For this reason, I express my gratitude to Allah. In the meantime, I also express my gratefulness to Suchanda Madam in this regard. I got the scope to work with many noted actors in this movie like eminent actor late ATM Shamsuzzaman Uncle, respected Nazma Anwar Apa, among others. Working experiences in this movie helped me to improve my acting skill later. For this reason, I have huge gratefulness to full unit of movie Hajar Bochhor Dhore. I am always ready to work in such type of movie.”
Meanwhile, Shahnoor acted and Rafique Shikder directed movie Boshonto Bikel is delayed to get release date. In this movie, Shahnoor acted opposite Omar Sani. Meanwhile, Shahnoor has already completed shooting of Mostafizur Rahman Manik directed movie Ashirbad and Solaiman Hossain’s movie Prem Preeti Bhalobasa.
The actress informed that at the end of this year, Shahnoor acted movie Jibon Jontrona, directed by Zahid Hossain, will release. Therefore, Shahnoor has confirmed to work in MA Zaman’s upcoming movie. But Shahnoor acted movie Kaktarua, directed by Faruk Hossain, is very uncertain to release. Though this movie got government grant in 2012 but it is not confirmed when it will get release date, Shahnoor said.
