Rashed Uddin, a popular actor, came into the limelight around 2010 when he acted in a play titled Moja Marey Foza Bhai. Initially he was an assistant of Tariq Anam Khan for three years.
In an interview with The New Nation he said, “I wrote a TV play while I was working under Tariq Anam Khan, Kobi Bolechhen, which became a hit. Then I decided to act as well. I got real exposure in serial Mohanagar and ever since I was recognised as Rashed Uddin. People mainly acknowledge me for my role as a comedian.”
“Recently, I have been working in a TV play, directed by Zahid Hassan Ura Mon. Of course, there is my own serial Genda Chora and some other plays for Eid,” he added.
