Police arrested a person who killed his wife over a family feud in the port city’s Mazar area on Saturday afternoon.
The deceased was identified as Jinnat Ferdows Popi, 23, while the arrested was her husband Didarul Alam, 30, son of Monjurul Alam, hailed from the same area. M Ali, Officer-in-Charge (Investigation) of Double Mooring Police Station said they got married seven years back.
The body was sent to CMCH morgue for autopsy.
