For the fourth time, Independence Award and Ekushey Award winner veteran actor Syed Hasan Imam and his wife Ekushey Award winner noted dance artiste and director Laila Hasan are going to work together in a movie titled Bastobota, which story is based on disability. MA Khaleque will give direction of the movie.
Hasan Imam confirmed the news yesterday and told this correspondent, “Earlier I and Laila worked together in three movies together. In those movies, either we paired up or worked in separate roles. Two movies were released, while third movie’s shooting is still going on. Shooting of Khaleque’s movie will begin soon.”
Laila Hasan shared her feelings by this way, “When we manage our times we try to work together. As an example, in TV plays, we worked for many times but we got little bit scope to work together in the big screen. We liked the story of Bastobota for this we have agreed to work together. In fact, we are very much optimistic about the new movie.”
MA Khaleque is going to give direction of any movie after 18 years. Story, script and dialogue of Bastobota were also written by him. He informed that shooting of the movie will start from April 25.
In Syed Hasan Imam directed movie Lal Sabujer Pala, Laila Hasan worked as a dance director.
But they for the first time worked together in Goutam Ghosh’s Moner Manush. Later they worked together in Sohel Arman’s Eito Prem and Shah Alam Mondal’s Shadakalo Prem.
