Humayun Kabir proved he was not dead

The man who was buried and the religious activities was furnished accordingly, produced before the Superintendent of Police in Jhenaidah on Monday evening claiming he was not dead , said the police spokesman Azbhar Ali Seikh, Additional SP of police in Jhenaidah.
 Police said, Hatfazilpur outpost police under Sailkupa upazila in Jhenaidah recovered a partial decomposed body of a young man from a paddy field at Hatfazilpur village on September 20 this year. The family members identified the body as Humayun Kabir, a tailor of Ichhakhada village under Magura Sadar upazila.
The body was buried in the village grave yard and his chehlam and other religious formalities were furnished in the village.
Humayun’s father Akmal Hossain filed a case with Sailkupa thana police against four persons and human chain was formed at places demanding punishments to the killers.
But the “dead” Humayun in the evening of Monday along with his family members appeared before the SP and said, he was hiding immediate after releasing from the court in two cases.
 Police spokesman said, they realized that Humayun was not dead and he was hiding elsewhere for past couple of weeks. During a drive at Jessore town on Monday afternoon, police arrested him and handed over to the family .
