Entertainment Desk : The last film starring renowned actor Humayun Faridi will be released upon getting the nod from Censor Board.Shooting for the film – Ek Jobaner Zamindar, Here Gelen Eibar – began in 2009 but its release was postponed because of the death of producer Nazim Uddin Chairman.The film’s release was postponed again after the death of Humayun Faridi in 2012.Directed by Uttam Akash, the film revolves around a zamindar (Humayun Faridi) who takes his promises very seriously and makes sure they are fulfilled. The story takes a turn when he pledges to give all his property to a poor man.Humayun Faridi was born in 1952 in Narinda. He made his television debut through drama, ‘Nil Nakshar Shandaney’ in 1982. He was well-known for his extra-ordinary roles in different dramas like Songsaptak (1987-88), Pathar Shomoy(1989), Dui bhai (1990), Shiter Pakhi (1991), Kothao Keu Nei (1990), Shomudre Gangchil (1993) and Kachher Manush. And he won the hearts of millions by his work. He received many awards. He died on February 13 in 2012.
