Student Forum of Gausia Committee, Fakir Takiya branch has taken iritiatiives to standing beside a helpless cancer patient under No.9 ward of Raozan pourasha. The leaders of the organization handed over financial donations to the relatives of the patient at the premises of Haji Nazir Ahmed Contractor’s house in Ward 9 of Raozan Pourashava yesterday.
Moinuddin Jamal Chishti, President of Gaussia Committee Fakir Takiya Branch Student Forum, Maulana Omar Farooq Mamun, Co-Organizing Secretary, Office Secretary Heraf Uddin were present. Among others, Ali Hossain Jewel, Shaun Uddin Nizam, Riduan Uddin Nishan, Mohammad Rifat were also present.
It is learned that Nishu Akhtar, daughter of late Fayez Ahmed, a resident of Alikhil in Ward 9 of Raozan pourashava had been suffering from cancer for a long time.
Her treatment is so expensive that it is not possible for her family to cope. Therefore, the relatives have appealed to the rich people of the society to stand beside the patient.
