Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in a drive arrested an alleged human trafficker from Khwaza Yunus Ali Medical College and Hospital area in Enayetpur upazila on Wednesday afternoon.
The arrestee was identified as Suruzzaman alias Suru Dalal, 40, son of Abul Hossain, a resident of Brahman village of the upazila.
He was accused in a human trafficking case with Enayetpur Police Station and a murder case with Shahjadpur Police Station.
A team of CID conducted the drive in the area around 4pm and arrested him, said Saidur Rahman, inspector of Sirajganj CID police.
