Awami League and its front organisations, Faridpur formed a human chain in front of Faridpur Press Club on Sunday protesting the countrywide planned secret killings, abduction, militancy and terrorism by a section of so-called political parties. Speakers addressing the human chain condemned these heinous acts which destroying the peace of the society and trying to foil the development process of the present government. They are also trying to inactive the country as failed and terrorist state.
The speakers demanded of the government to punish those conspirators. The human chain was addressed, among others, by district committee president Advocate Subal Saha and Awami League leaders Abdur Razzaq Molla, Shamsul Alom Chowdhury, Khondoer Nazmul Islam Levi, Sramik League leader Akkas Hossain Miah, Jubo League leaders Advocate Zahid Bepary, Ashibur Rahman Farhan, Sechasebak league leaders Shawkat Ali Zahid and Advocate Animesh Roy.
