Bangladesh Hawkers League Chitagong City Unit formed human chain at Cheragi Pahar premises on Thursday evening demanding unconditional release of city Chhatra League leader Nurul Azim Roni .
In the event of the human chain, the participants demanded exemplary punishment of BNP leader Aslam Chowdhury for his involvement with the Israeli leader aimed at plotting the govt. The leaders of the city and district Chhatra League leaders demanded immediate and unconditional release of city BCL general secretary Nurul Azim Rony who was arrested from Hathazari during UP election there.
Vice chancellor of Premier University Dr. Anupam Sen address ed the human chain as principal speaker. In his brief deliverations, he demanded Asishment of BNP leader for his association with Israeli intelligence personnel.
The speakers on the occasion said Rony was arrested with ill motives of a vested quarters allegedly accused wit h false and fabricated conspiracy, sources said.
