Chattogram Bureau :
A consignment of contraband foreign cigarettes brand of Easy Light’ from a passenger of Air Arabia flight of Sharjah, UAE landed at airport on Monday evening.
After searching the luggage of the passenger, NSI team members seized this cigars at 10 pm on Monday . Air port sources said one passenger named Iqbal Hossain came Chattogram airport by a flight of air Arabia . Acting on secret tip-off, NSI officials challenged thepasenger and checked his baggage. After checking all baggage, 247 cartoons of Easy Light brand cigars were recovered . Later the detained passenger alongwith cigars handed over to Airport customs for futher necessary action at their end.
