HSC exams under Ctg Board from Apr 2

Chittagong Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (CEB) completed all preparations to hold the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations from April 2 next.
A total of 83,193 students including 41,932 male and 41,261 female will sit for the examination under CEB through the 98 centers from 238 colleges this year.
A total of 17,308 students from science group, 31,595 students from humanities group and 34,287 from business administration are scheduled to participate in the exams. CEB officials said they have completed almost all kinds of preparations to hold the public examinations in a free and fair manner.
Over 50 vigilance teams consisting of teachers and magistrates have been formed to check any sorts of unfair means or irregularities.
Mahbub Hasan, Controller of Chittagong Education Board told this correspondent that the authority will adopt all possible measures to conduct peaceful examination.
